If you’ve changed your mind (UK Only)
If you do need to return an item, you will need to send the items back under your own steam. Please send to gevarge import and export company (safestore) Unit 3, 4 Argyle Way, Stevenage SG1 2AD، UK. Do let us know by email that you are returning a parcel, and include your name and order number inside so we can easily locate your order when the items arrive.

You have 1 month to return an item. Please ensure that any unwanted items are unused, and in their original packaging so we can make a full refund. We would ask you not to unfold the item until you are certain you will keep it. Getting items back neatly into their packaging is not the easiest task. Any feedback on why you’re sending it back will be very useful too. Please note that any delivery costs paid will not be reimbursed.
Once we have received the goods, please allow 21 working days for us to process your refund and let you know.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange any items, we ask that you place an order for the new items and return the unwanted items to us send the items back under your own steam. We will give you a refund as soon as your unwanted items arrive back with us during 21 working days. Do let us know by email that you are returning a parcel, and include your name and order number inside so we can easily locate your order when the items arrive.
Faulty items
Every measure is put in place to make sure that no items are faulty, going through a rigorous quality testing process at the factory. If something has slipped through the net and manages to find its way to your home, please contact us as soon as you can.
