We use ARAMEX to send our parcels because we have found them to be the best and most reliable. We’ll let you know when your order has been sent, and ARAMEX will contact you to update you on your delivery. You’ll be notified on the day of your delivery by text message or email (UK Mainland deliveries).
We do require a signature, so please make sure that someone will be there to take delivery of the parcel. If you can’t be there, and have a safe place to leave your parcel, you can arrange this directly with ARAMEX when they contact you. Please pop your mobile number on your order so we can make sure you receive a text update on your delivery.
